If you experience a problem that you believe is due to an error in the software, the first thing you should do is to download the most recent version and determine if the problem has been corrected. If the problem you have encountered still exists in the latest version of the software, email the file that is causing the problem and a detailed description on how to reproduce the problem. License holders for F-Chart, PV F-Chart and FEHT can download the latest version at any time. Downloading the latest version of EES or receiving any form of technical support for EES requires a subscription to EES Instant Update & Technical Service (IUTS). All new EES licenses include one year of IUTS. This service must be renewed thereafter.
Mastering EES is a 700 page book that provides a comprehensive presentation of all of the features in the Commercial and Professional versions of EES, complete with many examples. The book is intended both for those who have never used EES as well as for advanced users.
