Finned circular tubes, surface CF-8.8-1.0J

 

 

Procedure Compact_HX_ND('fc_tubes_sCF-88-10Jb', Re: f,j_H) is a non-dimensional procedure that returns the friction factor and the Colburn j factor for external flow through finned circular tubes with surface CF-8.8-1.0J given the Reynolds number. The values calculated are based on a best fit curve to experimental data. These data are from Kays and London (1984) p. 268.
