TOLUENE

 

TOLUENE provides high accuracy thermodynamic properties for toluene (methyl benzene, Molar mass =92.138 g/mole) using the Fundamental Equation of State, as described by Reiner Tillner-Roth, "Fundamental Equations of State", Shaker, Verlag, Aachan, 1998.  The correlation is based on data from:

Reference State 

    h = 0 kJ/kg, s = 0 kJ/kg-K for saturated liquid at the normal boiling point of 383.75 K.  The reference state can be changed using the $Reference directive.

 

Range of applicability for equation of state:

   178 K < T < 700 K

 0 < P < 500 MPa
