R236ea

R236ea  provides high accuracy thermodynamic properties for 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane (C3H2F6,  MW 152.0384 g/gmole, CAS No. 431-63-0) using the Fundamental Equation of State developed by:

Xinfang Rui, Jiang Pan, and Ugang Want

An equation of state for the thermodynamic properties of 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane (HFC-236ea)

Fluid Phase Equilibria, Vol. 341, (2013), pp. 78-85

Note that there is a corrigendum to this paper in volume 348, p.83, 2013

The correlation is valid for temperatures in the range between 240 K to 412 K for pressures less than 6 MPa.

Enthalpy and entropy values are referenced to 200 kJ/kg and 1 kJ/kg-K, respectively,  for saturated liquid at 0 C.

Liquid viscosity data are provided with the correlation from

Laesecke, A and Defibaugh, D.R.,

Liquid Conductivity data are provided from:

Latini, G, Passerini, G.,  and Polonara, F., Int. J. of Thermophysics, Vol 17, NO. 1, p. 85, 1996

as shown in Thermal Conductivity 27, DEStech Publications, Inc, ISBN 1-932078-34-8
