Finite parallel plates
Function F3D_1(a, b, c) returns the view factor between two identical opposite rectangular plates.
Inputs:
a and b are the dimensions of the rectangles [m or ft]
c is the distance between them [m or ft]
Example:

c=0.5 [m]
