Sphere to interior cylindrical surface (sphere interior)

Function f3d_9(r1,r2,a) returns the view factor between a sphere and the interior of a cylindrical surface (cylinder without ends). The centerpoint of the sphere falls along the axis of the cylindrical surface, and the sphere must be completely inside the cylinder. The radius of the sphere must be smaller than that of the cylinder.

Inputs:
r1 = the radius of the sphere [m or ft]
r2 = the radius of the cylinder [m or ft]
a = the distance from the centerpoint of the sphere to the plane faces of the cylinder [m or ft]

Example:
$UnitSystem SI K Pa J deg
r1=0.25 [m]
r2=0.5[m]
a=0.5 [m]
F=f3d_9(r1,r2,a)

{Solution: F=0.7071}
