Isosceles triangle to perpendicular rectangle sharing a common base

Function f3d_40(W,L,D) returns the view factor between a isosceles triangle and a perpendicular rectangle that shares a common base.
Inputs:
W = height of rectangle [m] or [ft]
L = twice the height of triangle [m] or [ft]
D = length of base of rectangle and triangle [m] or [ft]
Example:
$UnitSystem SI Pa J K m
D=0.1 [m]
L=0.05 [m]
W=0.2 [m]
F=f3d_39(W,L,D)
{Solution: F=0.4689}
