Function f2d_12 returns the view factor between two infinitely long perpendicular plates of unequal widths having one common edge.

The input variables are:
w = the area per unit width into the screen of plate 1 [m or ft]
h = the area per unit width into the screen of plate 2 [m or ft]

Example: F=f2d_12(w, h)
